The Foreign Affairs Ministry says it has helped 14 Taiwan citizens leave Israel over land after the country's airspace was closed to civilian air traffic.
The group arrived in Jordan early Sunday in a bus arranged by Taiwan's representative office in Israel.
Taiwan's representative office in Jordan is now helping them return home.
Meanwhile, the foreign ministry says it is in close contact with nine Taiwan citizens currently in Iran and will do its best to help if any of them wish to leave the country.
The government has raised its travel warning to an orange alert, advising Taiwan nationals to avoid traveling to Israel unless absolutely necessary.
The travel warning for Iran has been raised to the highest red alert level and Taiwan nationals in the country are being urged to leave as soon as possible.
