Myanmar's Taiwan office distributes earthquake aid

Taiwan’s representative office in Myanmar has delivered emergency aid to victims of last month’s devastating 7.7 magnitude earthquake.
According to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, 500 bags of relief supplies were distributed on April 2nd.
The aid packages included rice, noodles, canned goods, cooking oil, face masks, and more.
With the death toll now over 3-thousand-700, Search and rescue operations ended last week, shifting focus to recovery and rebuilding.
Taiwan’s foreign ministry says it is continuing to work with NGOs, local officials, and overseas Chinese community leaders to support post-disaster reconstruction efforts.
