TOCFL Tests From Sep. Onwards Have QR Codes

TOCFL certificates now have QR codes on them for verification, effective this
month.

The Steering Committee for the Test of Proficiency-Huayu (華語) said the move
aims to combat counterfeiting and maintain the integrity of certificates.

Institutions simply need to scan the QR code located beneath the certificate
number, which will link to a verification page...

...where certificate numbers and the holder's date of birth can be entered...

...to view test scores and proficiency level.

The committee recommends institutions to use this new feature to verify TOCFL
certificates.
