Biden Voices Concerns Following Chinese Military Exercise

Both U-S President Joe Biden and the State Department are expressing concerns over Taiwan following China's military exercises last week.
Speaking at commencement address at West Point, Biden reiterated his administration's stance in upholding peace in the Taiwan Strait - saying "the U-S is standing up for peace and stability across the Taiwan Strait."
Meanwhile, a separate statement, State Department spokesperson Matthew Miller also reiterated Washington's concern over the latest round of Chinese military exercises near Taiwan.
According to Miller, the U-S is deeply concerned over China's joint military drills in the Taiwan Strait and around Taiwan - and is monitoring Chinese activities closely and coordinating with allies and partners regarding our shared concerns."
