New Taipei School Homicide: Prosecutors Request Detention for Teen Suspects

New Taipei prosecutors have requested the detention without communication for
two teenagers implicated in a school homicide.

Transferred for investigation, these teens face serious charges with
potential prison sentences over five years, amid concerns of evidence
tampering, collusion, and possible flight.

The legal process follows a tragic incident in December last year, when the
two teenagers, a boy and girl, instigated a confrontation against another
male student which escalated into a stabbing.
