Here's a reminder of some traffic control measures Highway officials have
implimented for the latter half of the Lunar New Year holiday.

The Xiaying system to Toufen northbound on Freeway 1, as well as the Guantian
system to Zhunan northbound on Freeway 3 have been designated as exclusive
use for high occupancy vehicles from 1 pm to 6 pm today.

On Freeway 5, Suao, Luodong, Yilan and Toucheng northbound have also been
designated as HOV-exclusive use from 1 pm to 6 pm today.

As for Entrance ramp closures...

The Northbound Puyan system entrance ramps on Freeway 1, as well as those on
Freeway 3 at Xibin will be closed from noontime until midnight until day 5 of
the Lunar New Year.

Note that ramp metering controls will be implemented and adjusted based on
real-time freeway traffic conditions.

Travelers are advised to check traffic conditions via the Highway Bureau's
1968 hotline or website.
