Taichung Metro Boosts Train Services for National Day Events

The National Day holiday sees Taichung City hosting the "2023 Rock in
Taichung" and "112th National Day Fireworks in Taichung".

To accommodate the surge in passengers, the Taichung MRT will increase train
frequencies from today until Tuesday.

For "Rock in Taichung" at Wenxin (文心) Forest Park, the Green Line will
extend its peak frequency and add 20 more train services daily.

For the fireworks at Taichung Central Park on Monday and Tuesday, the metro
is the most convenient mode of transport due to traffic restrictions.

The company plans to adjust the frequency to every 6 minutes during peak
times, with potential extra trains based on crowd needs.
