More Japan Donated Vaccines to Arrive Today

A shipment of 300,000 coronavirus vaccine doses donated by Japan is scheduled
to arrive in Taiwan today.

The delivery was announced by Japanese foreign minister and will be the sixth
donation of vaccines to Taiwan by Tokyo.

When it arrives it will bring the total doses Japan has donated to date to
4.2-million.

Japan has donated more coronavirus vaccine doses to Taiwan than any other
country.

And all of the vaccines it has sent to Taiwan to date have been AstraZeneca
brand vaccines.

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs is thanking Tokyo for its latest donation
pledge.
