High Demand Among 65 for Vaccine

There is high demand for the coronavirus vaccine among the elderly.

Starting today, the Central Epidemic Command Center is allowing members of
the public aged 65 and over and members of the armed forces to receive
government-sponsored jabs.

Some hospitals are reporting long lines of older people seeking to get the
shots.

The hospitals are planning to add more clinics to administer the vaccines due
to the high demand.

Over 91 thosuand people have now received the first dose of the AstraZeneca
vaccine.
