CECC Restricts Visits to Northern Hospitals, Care Facilities

With a widening domestic infection cluster, the CECC is imposing new
restrictions on northern hospitals and long term care facilities.

Starting immediately, visitors will be barred from such buildings, though
there are a few exceptions.

Visitor requests for patients in emergency room or hospice care will be
reviewed on a case by case basis.

Caretakers for patients will be restricted to one individual each.

These restrictions cover Taipei, New Taipei, and Keelung, and are set to last
through May 17th.
