Tsai Attending Kaohsiung 228 Memorial for 1st Time

President Tsai Ing-wen will be attending a 228 memorial event in Kaohsiung
for the first time.

Kaohsiung mayor Chen Chi-mai will be at the ceremony, as will Premier Su
Tseng-chang.

The event will be held outside the Kaohsiung Museum of History and Kaohsiung
228 Peace Memorial Park this Sunday.

During the ceremony Tsai will give certificates to family members of three
victims of the 228 incident, clearing their names.
