KMT Vows Extensive Exchanges with US Following Biden Inauguration

K-M-T Chairman Johnny Chiang says the opposition party will seek greater
interaction with the United States following the inauguration of President
Joe Biden.

According to Chiang, the K-M-T is committed to engaging more actively on all
fronts with the U-S, based on the party's "pro-US while friendly to China"
principle.

And he's also calling on Washington to step up its mutually beneficial
partnership with the Taiwan' and to continue playing a constructive role in
defending peace and stability in the Indo-Pacific region.
