USA Voters — Return Your Ballot

  • Americans are heading to the polls soon to vote in many important elections… including president and congress.
  • All American citizens have the right to vote.  Make sure you’re registered… and request your absentee ballot.
  • Go to fvap.govif you have any questions.
  • Plus, many states require a paper ballot.  You can return the ballot either by international mail, or drop it off at the AIT office in Taipei or Kaohsiung.
  • Remember to place your ballot in the “postage paid” return envelope, before dropping if off at AIT.
  • Voters are advised to drop off their ballot by early October to ensure timely delivery.
  • For more information, including AIT drop off times, please check out ait.org.tw
  • Drop off your ballot in person: AIT Taipei, you may use the Absentee Ballot Box placed inside AIT's consular entrance on Jinhu Road, from 8am to 4pm, Monday through Friday.
  • At the AIT Kaohsiung branch office, you may use the Absentee Ballot Box on the 5th floor of the China Steel Building on 88 Chenggong Second Road, from 9am to 4pm, Monday through Friday.
