Police in England Detain Man in Stabbing Spree

Police in England say a 31-year-old man has been arrested on suspicion of
murder after stabbing three people to death and running down three other
people in a stolen van in the city of Nottingham.

Police say the man is believed to have acted alone.

However, counter-terror officers are involved in the investigation and have
an "open mind" about a motive.

One of those hit by the van is in hospital in a critical condition while the
two others are believed to have suffered minor injuries.

A vigil has been held in the city for people to pay their respect to the
victims.
