  1. Registration and payment is required by 23:59 on 12/4. Incomplete registrations will be canceled.
  2. If you need to cancel your registration, please contact us before 18:00 on 12/5. Cancelations after the deadline will not be refunded.
  3. Once you have signed up successfully, you will receive a confirmation email from ICRT.
  4. Please accurately complete the entire registration form to continue to receive messages from ICRT in the future.
  5. The organizer bears no responsibility after the event is finished.
  6. The organizer will do its utmost to ensure the safety of participants. Any accidents are not the responsibility of the organizer or sponsors.
  7. Upon successful registration, the organizer will provide accident insurance for all participants.
  8. Upon registration, you agree that any videos and photos shot at the event may be used on ICRT platforms.

Answer: During the event, there’ll be prizes to win and lots of fun and interactive games, on and off-stage, to help break the ice.


Answer: Of course you can! However, this year the theme is ancient Greece and we’ll have a really special prize to give away to our best dressed ancient Greek, so it’s recommended to try.


Answer: You must cancel before 6:00PM on 12/5 to qualify for a full refund. Contact us as soon as possible.


Answer: You will receive a 3 digit registration number. Please make a note of your number when you arrive on the day of the event. You can check your registration number at any time on the registration page.


Answer: Please fill in your payment details on the registration form. Once your details have been confirmed, we will change your status to “Paid!“ If after 3 days of giving us your payment details your status has not been changed, please contact us.


Answer: We will provide a snack and a soft drink. Other food and drink options are available for purchase at the restaurant.


Answer: Don’t worry! The atmosphere will be fun and friendly! The host will be helping to break the ice between participants and there’ll be lots of games and activities! :)


Answer: Past singles night events have always been more or less 50/50. There’s always been a good balance.


Answer: The event is indoors so the event will go ahead unless weather conditions are dangerous. We will notify all participants should the event need to be canceled.
