TRA announces changes for ticket buyers

The Taiwan Railway Administration is making changes to its ticket-buying
limit and to how some tickets can be purchased.

Currently each person is limited to ordering six tickets at a time. The TRA
says that will be raised to nine starting in January.

Groups of 10 or more of course are possible when arranged by travel companies
well ahead of time.

The TRA also said that passengers are now able to order non-reserved tickets
online and via the TRA app. There are, however, limitations on which trains
the ordering applies to and how many tickets are available per train.
