| 3 Dead Confirmed Dead in Hualien Crash |
Some sad news to tell you about in connection with a small plane that was found in a mountainous area at an altitude of 2,800 meters in Hualien yesterday.
Searchers who reached the crash site via helicopter this morning have confirmed that the bodies of three occupants of the Dapeng Airlines plane that went missing two days ago have been found.
The aircraft was on an aerial photography mission when it lost contact with air traffic controllers Thursday. Those aboard were identified as pilot Hsuey Chen-hao, co-pilot Chang Ming-chin and aerial photographer Chien Yu-hsin. The bodies of the pilots were discovered inside the aircraft, while the photographer's body was found outside the plane.
