| When claiming a premium, members must indicate whether they would like to have the item delivered via mail or to pick it up in person. |

For mail delivery, ICRT will mail out the premium to the indicated address within three working days. |
| B. |
Members who wish to pick up their premium must do so within the specified timeframe by visiting the ICRT office during business hours. Members must do so in person, or send a friend or family member in their stead. Members are responsible for contacting ICRT if they are unable to pick up the prize. If the vouchers or prizes are not picked up before their validity date, they will be considered null and void. ICRT is not responsible for refunding any vouchers or prizes that are picked up after their validity date, or for any such prizes that are not used by their validity date. |
